Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

Agreement

By using Undrel's services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our platform. We'll always try to keep things simple and fair.

The Service

Undrel provides multi-cloud GPU routing infrastructure. Here's what that means:

  • You submit GPU compute jobs via our unified API
  • We route your workloads to the best available hardware across multiple cloud GPU providers
  • We optimize for your constraints — price, latency, GPU type, and availability
  • We handle failover, capacity monitoring, and consolidated billing

Your Responsibilities

When using Undrel, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate account and billing information
  • Keep your API keys secure and not share them with unauthorized parties
  • Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and provider acceptable use policies
  • Not use the service for any illegal, abusive, or harmful activities
  • Pay for compute usage as invoiced

Our Responsibilities

We commit to:

  • Routing your workloads reliably to available GPU capacity
  • Providing transparent pricing with no hidden fees
  • Protecting your data as described in our Privacy Policy
  • Communicating clearly about outages, incidents, and service changes
  • Never locking you in — you can leave at any time with no exit fees

Pricing and Billing

Undrel charges a routing fee on top of the underlying provider compute cost. Here's how it works:

  • Pay-as-you-go: You pay for the compute you use. No minimum commitments, no upfront contracts.
  • Transparent pricing: Provider costs and Undrel's routing margin are shown separately on every invoice.
  • Billing cycle: Usage is invoiced monthly. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.
  • Disputed charges: If you believe a charge is incorrect, notify us within 30 days and we'll investigate promptly.

Service Availability

Undrel is a routing layer — we depend on underlying GPU cloud providers for actual compute capacity.

  • We provide automatic failover across providers to maximize uptime
  • We do not guarantee GPU availability — capacity depends on provider supply
  • We will communicate scheduled maintenance and known outages in advance
  • You will not be billed for compute that was not successfully delivered

Intellectual Property

Your workloads, models, data, and outputs are yours. Undrel claims no ownership over anything you run through our platform. Our routing engine, APIs, documentation, and platform are our property. Don't reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell our platform or its components.

Limitation of Liability

Undrel is provided "as is." We do our best to ensure reliability, but we are not liable for losses caused by provider outages, GPU hardware failures, or capacity shortages beyond our control. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid to Undrel in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party can terminate at any time. If you leave, you owe for compute already used. If we terminate your account, we'll provide reasonable notice (except in cases of abuse) and you won't be billed for unused services. There are no exit fees or lock-in penalties.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our platform. Significant changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
