How We Handle Your Data
At Undrel, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our multi-cloud GPU routing infrastructure.
What We Collect
We only collect what's necessary to route your workloads and operate the platform:
- Account information (email, name, company, API keys)
- Job metadata (GPU type, routing constraints, provider selections, timestamps)
- Usage and billing data (compute hours, cost breakdowns, payment information)
- Technical logs (API requests, routing decisions, error reports)
What We Don't Collect
We are a routing layer, not a compute provider. We do not access, store, or inspect:
- Your model weights, training data, or inference inputs/outputs
- The contents of your workloads running on provider hardware
- Your provider account credentials (we use delegated access tokens)
How We Use Your Information
We use your data strictly for:
- Routing your GPU workloads to the best available hardware
- Optimizing cost, latency, and availability across providers
- Processing billing and usage reporting
- Improving routing algorithms and platform reliability
- Communicating service updates, incidents, and account information
Data Security
We protect your information by:
- Encrypting all data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256)
- Using short-lived, scoped API tokens for provider integrations
- Limiting internal access to data on a need-to-know basis
- Never selling, renting, or sharing your data with third parties for marketing
Data Retention
Job metadata and routing logs: Retained for 90 days for debugging and billing reconciliation, then automatically purged.
Account and billing data: Retained for the duration of your account plus any period required by law.
Right to deletion: You can request complete deletion of your account and associated data by contacting noah@undrel.com. All identifiable data will be removed within 30 days.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to any data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Export your usage data in a portable format
- Opt out of non-essential communications
Third-Party Providers
Undrel routes workloads to third-party GPU cloud providers (Lambda, RunPod, Vast.ai, and others). When we route your job to a provider, that provider's own privacy policy governs the compute environment. We share only the minimum information necessary to provision and manage your workloads. We also use standard infrastructure services (cloud hosting, payment processing, monitoring) — all bound by confidentiality agreements.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes in our platform or regulations. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of Undrel's services after policy changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
