When you work with us, we only collect what's necessary to provide our service:

• Payment information and transaction history (after Phase 2 transition)
• Communication history and feedback from our interactions

We use your data strictly for:

• Analyzing your business data and providing insights
• Communicating with you about our service, updates, and phase transitions
• Processing payments and managing billing (Phase 2 onwards)
• Improving our analysis process and methodology
• Legal compliance and contract enforcement

Data Security

We protect your information by:

• Never asking for passwords, account logins, or sensitive credentials
• Using secure, encrypted methods to receive and store your files
• Storing data with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit
• Limiting access to your data to only those team members who need it to perform your analysis
• Maintaining secure backup systems in case of data loss
• Never selling, renting, or sharing your data with third parties for any purpose

Data Retention and Deletion

Phase 1 (Manual Mode): We delete your raw business data files within 30 days of delivering your analysis report. We do not retain your files longer than necessary to complete the analysis and provide your report.

Phase 2 (Automated Software Mode): We delete your raw data files within 30 days of analysis completion. However, we retain anonymized, aggregated insights derived from your data to continuously improve our analysis methodology. These retained insights cannot be traced back to your specific business and cannot be identified as yours.

Contact Information: We retain your contact information to communicate service updates, phase transitions, and account information. You can request deletion at any time.

Right to Deletion: You can request complete deletion of your data and information by contacting noah@undrel.com. Upon verification, all identifiable data will be deleted within 30 days.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to any data we have about you within 14 business days
• Ask us to delete your information and have it permanently removed from our systems
• Opt out of communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails
• Request a copy of your data in a portable, standard format

Third-Party Services

Undrel may use third-party services to support our operations, such as cloud storage providers, payment processors, and communication tools. All third-party providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and are only permitted to use your data as necessary to provide services to Undrel. We carefully vet all third parties before sharing any customer data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy occasionally to reflect changes in our practices or regulations. Significant changes will be communicated to you via email. Your continued use of Undrel's services after policy changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
